The Sony SDX5-CL is a cleaning cartridge for use with the new AIT-5 tape drives. These cleaning cartridges can do up to 80 cleanings before they need to be replaced with new ones. Do not try to rewind the tape and attempt to use the used length of tape again as this may potentially cause damage to your tape drive.
