The SDX5400W is an AIT-5 tape by Sony. The main difference between this and the SDX5-400C AIT-5 tape is that the SDX5-400W is a W.O.R.M (Write Once Read Many) tape. This means that if you are using the SDX5-400W tape you will not be able to remove the data that you write the first time you use it. You may however add to the data in the Sony SDX5-400W tape. |
