Key Features for Sony DTF-2 Data Cartridge 200GB GW2-200GL
The Sony GW2-200GL has a native data capacity of 200 GB and 518 GB of compressed data capacity using Advanced Data Lossless Compression (ADLC). The DTF-2 Sony GW2-200GL has a transfer rate of up to 24 MB/s (when used with the Sony GY-8240). This DTF-2 tape (GW2-200GL) also uses the MP++ (Metal Particle ++) which enhances the output and lowers noise so recording is of better quality. It is also backward compatible with DTF-1 and DIR tape drives.
