How do I track my order?
You should receive an email from us along with
the tracking number after your order is shipped.

and track your order. You can also go on Track
Your Order and track the package.

long does it take for the regular ground
shipping method to deliver a product?
Usually it takes 2-7 business days. But in
some Remote locations it can take up to 7-10
business days.

charged there is 10% Cancellation fee. In case
of your order being shipped out there will be
15% restocking fee and shipping is non-refundable.

or exchange (shipping cost is not included) on

Shipping cost depends on the product Weight,
Address and Shipping method selected (Next-Day,
2-day or Ground). You will be able to view the

Our standard shipping courier is UPS.

Orders shipped within California are Taxable.

you ship to APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we do ship to APO and FPO address via U.S.
Postal Services (USPS). The order can also be
