TDK 27746-B is a same retail tape only without a J-card (colorful insert) in the tape box. The TDK 27746 is a DAT72 or a DDS-5 tape. The 27746 has a capacity of 36 GB native and 72 GB compressed capacity. The TDK 27746 has an Aramid base and has an MP++++ (Metal Particle ++++) tape formulation. With a tape of length 170 meters, the TDK 27746 is only compatible with DAT72 tape drives.
