The Imation 26162 is a Blu-ray Disc (BD). The 26162 BD has a 25 GB capacity. The Imation 26162 is a Write-Once disc; this means that data can only be written once on to the Imation 26162. Data written once cannot be changed. Unlike HD-DVDs which are a next generation of DVD (Digital Versatile Disc), the BD (Blu-ray Disc) - such as the 26162 - is a completely new breed of optical disc media and is not compatible with common DVD players.
