The Maxell 183770 is a cleaning cartridge for DLT tapes. The Maxell 183770 is compatible and can be used with DLT 2000, DLT 2000XT, DLT 4000, DLT 7000 and DLT 8000 tape drives and auto libraries. In other words the Maxell 183770 is compatible with those tape drives and auto-loaders that use the DLT III, DLT III-XT and DLT IV line of tape media. The Maxell 183770 offers up to 20 cleanings before a new cleaning tape is required. The Maxell 183770 is a half-inch cleaning cartridge but is only compatible with DLT tape drives.
